Surge’s Orion model electric motor is a 24 Volt 360 Watt Motor. This motor includes all accessories needed to run it including the 24 volt 30 amp hour Battery (with charger and controls).
Comes also with mounts plate for Surge Orion model kayaks and most models and brands of SUPs. SUP mounting is via the Fin Box and brackets are included for iSUPs and Standard (SUP or long board) Fin Boxes.
Speeds of up to ~5-8.5Kph can be obtained but note that there are differences depending on the type of boat and the weight of the boat and current, wind conditions etc. A large factor in top speed is waterline length, shorter boats will go slower and or drain the battery quicker at higher speeds.
Comes with a 25.2V 30 Amp Hour battery associated charger controls and a safety kill switch (magnetic).
The controls have four gears, with the fourth gear able to be used for ~2-3 hours.

This motor will suit and can be installed onto a range of Paddleboards and kayaks, but different boats will have different attachment methods. This motor does not come with the fittings or instructions to do this, you will need to adapt the instructions and obtain extra different fittings and accessories to convert the existing mounting system to suit your kayak. There are so many different kayaks and options it is hard for us to provide any further details about exact methodologies.
