Kajak Sport Round Hatch Cover 20 Original

This Round Hatch cover made by Kajak-Sport is part of their original hatch cover series and made of real rubber. This 100 % watertight hatch cover is created for the most demanding “expedition” use, when the cover is used even in aberrant conditions it will provide the maximum reliability. It will also work on a casual day paddle on the river.  The cover is equipped with both inside and outside tether points. Its material is extremely durable and long-lived. It is also fully UV-protected.

Kajaksport is the go-to Hatch cover for kayak brands the world over and is noted not only for its waterproofness and long lifespan but also because it is easy to put on.

This Hatch cover is for a rim with a nominal internal hole size of 20 cm but may fit other rims.

In the USA it may be known as the 8-inch hatch

It fits a raised lip of 210 mm (8 and 1/4 inches) and goes on a bit like a Tupperware lid.

The external diameter is approx 22cm,  203 mm inside diameter.
